Writing in English can be a difficult and time-consuming process for non-native speakers. At AJE, we understand that your time is valuable and we want to help you and your colleagues remove language barriers and get your work published in a top journal.

For a limited time, we are offering a Referral Rewards program to make it easier for you to tell your colleagues about our service. Each time you refer a colleague who submits a paper to us, you will receive a $40 coupon that you can use on any of our services. The more people you refer, the more coupons you can earn. Coupons can be combined, so if you refer enough people your submission will be free!

If you join the program, you will receive:

  • A unique referral code that you can share with your colleagues so you will both receive discounts
  • Free flyers, e-mail text, and other material that you can post at your institution or send to your colleagues
  • A $40 coupon for each referral who submits a paper to us

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How many coupons can I earn?

    There's no limit on the amount of coupons you can earn, and your coupons won't expire.

  2. Can I combine coupons on my next submission?

    Yes— if you have enough coupons, your submission could be free. Just select "Coupon" as your payment method when you submit your paper through your account. Use this chart to see how much our services will cost with your available coupons included.

  3. Will my colleagues receive a discount if they use my referral code?

    Anyone who signs up for an AJE account with your referral code is eligible for a $20 discount.

  4. Will I receive a coupon whenever someone creates an account with my referral code?

    No, you won't receive your coupon until the person you've referred submits a paper through his or her new AJE account.

  5. How do I use the flyers and text in my account?

    Just download the flyer from your account, and print out as many copies as you would like to post at your university or lab. Each flyer will contain your unique referral code, so anyone who enters the code when creating an account on our website will earn you a coupon when he or she submits a paper. Your AJE account also contains e-mail text that you can send to your colleagues, as well as some text that you can post on your personal website.

  6. Do I get a coupon for each paper my colleague submits?

    No— only the first paper submitted will count.
