We offer two levels of paper editing, Standard and Premium, with a generous discount program and low prices starting at $79. You can choose to have your paper edited in either American or British English, and our formatting service will help you to customize your document according to your journal’s guidelines.

Every paper submitted to us for document editing is also eligible for an editing certificate. You can submit the certificate to your journal along with your final draft to prove that your manuscript has been edited by a native English-speaking editor. Our editing certificate enables your reviewers to verify that your paper has already been edited for English language and is therefore one step closer to publication. Not every paper earns a certificate, but every document will be considered.

Our Guarantee

We are confident that our editing will improve the overall quality of your paper. If you accept our editors' changes and your paper is rejected by your journal for English language errors, we promise to re-edit your document for free.

Because material added to your paper after our editors work on your manuscript is not included in the guarantee, we recommend that you send us your final draft for editing. After our language polishing, if you need to add sections to your paper to address your journal reviewers' comments, you can send your manuscript back to us for re-editing with a $40 discount.

Editing
  • Who are your editors?
    Our editors are PhD candidates and post-docs from the top research universities in the U.S.
  • Does your editing service include formatting?
    We do not include formatting in our standard or premium editing services. However, you may add journal-specific formatting to your order for a $200 fee. We will also add 24 hours to your selected deadline.
  • Will you help me re-edit my paper?
    We understand that you may have to make changes to your manuscript before submitting it to your journal. You may resubmit your paper to us for a re-edit at a $40 discount.
  • Will you help me to reduce the word count of my paper?
    We do not shorten manuscripts or rewrite any text; however, your editors may be able to point out areas that are repetitive and could be safely removed from your manuscript.
  • Do you recommend journals?
    Our journal recommendation service is coming soon. If you are interested in this service, please contact us. We will notify you when we begin offering this service later this year.
  • Do you edit LaTeX documents?
    If you created your manuscript in LaTeX, please save it as a .doc or .rtf file before submitting it for editing. We will also need for you to upload a PDF of your manuscript as a secondary file for your editors' reference.

  • Do you guarantee my paper will get published?
    Publication is a subjective process, so we are not able to guarantee that you will be published after you use our services. We do guarantee that we will re-edit your paper for free if it is rejected by a journal for reasons of English language alone.
  • Is your website safe?

Services
Editing: Language polishing by our subject-expert editors.
Review: Our NewReviewTM service provides feedback on your research before you submit to a journal, and includes English-language editing.
Translation: Researchers in your field will translate your paper into English. Our English-language editors will polish your paper further before it's returned to you.
Standard and Premium
When you choose premium paper editing, your manuscript will be sent to two subject-expert editors as well as a managing editor. After the first editor corrects your spelling and grammar, the second editor will make changes and suggestions to enhance your paper's flow and writing style. The managing editor will then make a final round of recommendations and language polishing before returning your manuscript to you.
Length of Manuscript
We do not edit numeric tables or references, so they are not included in the word count when calculating the price.
Preferred Timeline
Our editors work 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Weekends and holidays will be counted in your selected turnaround time.
