How to File a Complaint

AJE is committed to the quality and dependability of our work. For years, we have edited documents for thousands of satisfied researchers. Rarely, we have encountered customers, who for some reason or another, were unhappy with the editing we provided. To ensure that every document we edit meets our quality standards, we back all of our work with a comprehensive guarantee. If you have any problems with the quality of editing you received, we would like to hear from you.

In order to expedite the process of reviewing complaints, we ask you to follow the following instructions.

If you are unhappy with edit you received, please email us at support@journalexperts.com with the following information:

  • Your name, user name or email address and the date and title of your submission
  • Your precise complaints about the article
  • If you have submitted your article to a journal and received negative comments about the level of English, please include both the reviewers' comments and an exact copy of the article you submitted for publication.

When you send this information to us, it will be forwarded to the managing editor in charge of your article. He/she will review your complaint for the following:

  • The overall quality of the editing provided
  • Any errors omitted by our staff
  • The author's attempts to incorporate our changes and suggestions into the text
  • Any rewriting or additions made after AJE edited the document

After reviewing your document, the managing editor will contact you with his/her decision regarding your manuscript. Often, we offer to reedit the manuscript for free. However, be advised that extensive additional changes made to the document after we edit it, or the failure to incorporate our suggested changes may result in a voided guarantee. We cannot vouch for the quality of work that we did not edit, nor can we take responsibility for a document when the author disregarded our edits.
